Carmen Martinez Skinner graduated from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, with a BS in Elementary Education. She is a Lifetime Member of Cheyney University National Alumni Association and a member of the Philadelphia Alumni Chapter. Carmen became a board member of the Cheyney Foundation in 2007 and held the positions of Assistant Fund Raiser and is currently Treasurer. She has worked and excelled in sales over 40 years and is the NE Regional Manager for Luster Products, Inc
